Am I allergic to a skin cream?

I have the Burt's Bees ';Soap Bark %26amp; Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream.'; When I use it, I get this tingly feeling on my face that doesn't go away for while and makes my face feel really weird. Does everyone get this feeling?Am I allergic to a skin cream?
If you were allergic to it, your skin would become red and itchy. And it would get redder where you scratch it. You'd also see hives. I'd say that the tingly feeling is from the cream an d not a reaction to it.Am I allergic to a skin cream?
Some people are allergic to products in creams. I know that aloe bothers some people. Not everyone gets hives. Some do tingle and swell. I'm not saying you are allergic to it, but it could be possible.
