Will the doctors only give you skin bleaching cream only if there is something wrong with your complexion?

I know this is very popular in countries like Jamaica(and is illegal to do), it is very dangerous and can lead to things like cancer, you are beautiful as you are!! A doctor will not prescribe. Will leave you blotchy
