Can using skin lightning cream fade a tattoo?
I have a tattoo on the back of my neck and I was wondering if I could use skin lightning cream to fade it, then use an exfoliate to get rid of the dead skin..... I heard from someone that it works. But I want to get other opinions. If you're going to tell me that maybe I shouldn't have gotten the tattoo in the first place, please don't. I've already heard it.
