cream ( liquid foundation ) it supposevly moisturizes your skin and makes it less dry, however if you use a facial toning wash and the a moisturizer before applying mineral foundation then your face won't look dry, I have very dry skin naturally and I use a mineral make up, it's called Sheer Cover. Best mineral make up in the world :-)

mousse. Max factor mousse is amazing, works well and looks invisible, you never look orange. I have dry skin too, but I moisterise daily with Olay which pretty much cures it. I moisterise before, put the mousse on and it's perfect.

If you apply moisturiser to your skin a while before you put on your make up then you can use any, give the moisturiser time to soak in tho don't just put the foundation on top
