Try just using Cocoa Butter and Almond Oil. Put the Cocoa butter on first (you may need to soften it with warm water), followed by the oil. Then finish with natural Vit. E oil under the eyes and leave on overnight. Make sure your Cocoa Butter contains nothing but Cocoa Butter. Queen Helene makes great Cocoa Butter sticks and you can find them at your drug store. They're also sold online. This is all natural and will keep your skin soft and supple w/ a bit of a *Glow*
