I have very pale skin, but I received a tan mark on my neck back in the spring. My friend bought me some fade cream from Sally's that supposed to make the tan mark fade back to white. The bottle says if I don't see results in three months, consult a doctor. I've been using it for two months now and so far, it hasn't seemed to fade in the least. Is there another (safe) alternative?Does fade cream (for skin) actually work?
Yes. Depends on what kind of cream.
