Dry skin types have to be extremely careful to protect their skin.Yogurt-honey combination helps dry skin. Make an egg pack with a yolk, a teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of milk powder. This is beneficial to dry skin types. There are many helpful tips to cure dry skin at http://useinfo-dryskin.blogspot.com/Whats the best moisturiser cream for dry flaky skin that gets the occasional spot?

Skin Enriching Mask

1 tablespoon honey

1 egg yolk

1/2 teaspoon olive oil

1 tablespoon yogurt

Mix together to form a smooth paste.

Honey stimulates and smoothes, the egg yolk and olive oil penetrate and moisturize. The yogurt gently exfoliates and cleanses while refining and tightening pores.

Hydrating Facial Mask (i like to add honey to this one)

1 egg yolk

1/4 of a mashed avocado

Drizzle in enough cider vinegar to create a smooth paste.

The egg and avocado penetrates, softens and moisturizes while the cider vinegar stimulates, tones and gently exfoliates the skin.

Moisturizing Mask

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

1 tablespoon oatmeal- cooked and cooled

1 tablespoon honey

Mix thoroughly together, then let sit for a while to allow the oatmeal to soften in order to form a smooth paste.

Yogurt gently exfoliates and cleanses while the oatmeal and honey moisturize and re-hydrates the skin.

Soothing, Healing Mask (cucumber works as a great substitute for aloe)

1/2 cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoon aloe gel- (peel and mash one aloe leaf)

1 teaspoon honey

Mix together thoroughly.

Yogurt gently exfoliates and cleanses while the aloe moisturizes and heals. The honey moisturizes and re-hydrates the skin.

Dry Skin Mask

1 tablespoon of buttermilk. or yogurt

1 egg yolk

1 teaspoon honey

1/4 cup cooked oatmeal

Mix together thoroughly.

The buttermilk or yogurt gently exfoliates and cleanses while the egg yolk, honey and oatmeal moisturizes and re-hydrates the skin.

i gurantee this is the best answer: CETAPHIL moisturizing cream

it is the best moisturizer out there

and its non comodegmic (it wont clog pores, which helps prevent spots!)

and also it's not that expensive and can be bought at your local drugstore!!

buy it, it's AMAZING!

your dry, flaky skin wil be gone and i mean GONE in about 2 days
The best moisturizer cream is the moisturizer I am using right now -- a product I am using called Dermagenics. It's a complete skin care system in one -- so you don't have to buy other products. It is good for all skin types -- normal, oily, dry or sensitive. It's gentle enough for the skin around the eyes but strong enough for the face an neck. It has oligopeptide, an ingredient known as an alterative to Botox. It has no harmful ingredients -- its doesn't have glycolic acid or alpha hydroxys found in other creams. These ingredients actually attract sun damage and can later on cause wrinkles. I really urge you to try it. You'll be glad you did. Get more info at http://www.dermagenics.biz
USED VASELINE PETROLEUM JELLY,THEN USED REGULAR OIL OF OLAY MOISTURISER.TY THAT
The 'Simple' range is good - no colours or perfumes, so they are good for sensitive skin. They have everything you need for a good skincare routine, cleanser, scrub, moisturiser, etc.
there is a salt scrub with eclyptus and menthol for 拢7 in a glass jar in tesco (i forget the name). dont know if it would be suitable for the face but i use it on my elbows and knees and they are so soft that i dont even have to moisturise anymore at all.
